McIntire Kingstone Text Messages

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the text messaging program called "McIntire Kingstone Text Messages" (the "Program"), operated by McIntire Real Estate Inc, doing business as McIntire Management and McIntire Kingstone ("McIntire Kingstone," "we," "our," or "us"). We provide residential and commercial property management and leasing services in the San Gabriel Valley.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from us at +1 (626) 929-4703. Messages may include:

• Replies to inquiries you send us as a property owner, tenant, or rental applicant
• Leasing and property showing follow-up
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Maintenance updates and account notifications

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to the Program when you provide your mobile phone number to us and agree to receive text messages, for example by:

• Entering your phone number in the chat widget on https://mcintirekingstone.com and checking the consent box or otherwise agreeing to the consent statement shown with the widget; or
• Giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you contact us by phone, email, or in person.

3. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase or Service

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and your relationship with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. We do not charge for the text messages we send.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, to participate in the Program. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or contact us so we can remove it.

10. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
