We store chat messages, together with any name, email address, or phone number you provide, in our CRM system so our staff can follow up on your inquiry. If you agree to receive text messages through the chat widget, our use of your phone number is described in the SMS / Text Messaging section below and in our SMS Terms. If you would like us to delete your chat messages, contact us using the details below.

Security and Anti-Abuse Tools

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your device and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Property Owners: With property owners as necessary to provide property management services

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• Text messaging exception: None of the sharing described above includes sharing your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
