Included Renter's Insurance Details

As part of your RBP, you are added to our master insurance policy, which satisfies all insurance requirements in your lease.

What is Covered?

  • Master Liability

    Covers resident-caused negligent damage to the home or common areas from perils like fire, smoke, explosion, water backup, pet damage, and freezing pipes.

  • Personal Liability

    Covers tenant premises liability

  • Dog Bite Liability

    Covers dog bites or bodily injury that occurs on the premise.

  • Contents Coverage

    Covers your personal belongings from perils such as fire/lightning, water, wind/hail, smoke, explosion, and burglary.

Common Exclusions: Please note that this policy does not cover everything. Common exclusions for property liability include flood, intentional damage, and theft (mysterious disappearance with no forced entry). Coverage exclusions for contents include damage from floods, natural events, and normal wear and tear.

  • PetScreening reviews all reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals in accordance with federal HUD/FHAct guidelines.

  • Shortly after you move in, you will receive an email from Piñata. Simply follow the instructions to download the app to your mobile device to access your account.

  • No. We only report timely payments to the credit bureaus. If you miss a rent payment, your credit score will not be affected; you simply will not get the benefit of a score increase for that month.

  • No action is needed! You are automatically enrolled as part of the RBP when your lease is signed.

  • If your identity is stolen, log in to your account at app.identityguard.com/sign-in to file a claim. You will be paired with a dedicated case manager to walk you through the recovery steps.
